This role acts as a central liaison between internal departments, franchise partners/shareholders, construction teams, and external vendors, ensuring new units open on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with brand and operational standards. Responsibilities Track construction milestones and ensure timely completion of site development. Serve as the point of contact between construction teams, franchisees/shareholders, and the internal opening team. Monitor project timelines, update schedules, and escalate delays or risks to leadership. Ensure all permitting, inspections, and pre-opening compliance items are scheduled and completed. Facilitate weekly or biweekly check-ins with cross-functional teams (Culinary, Training, Marketing, IT, HR, etc.). Maintain status reports and distribute updates to stakeholders and executive team. Manage transition checklists from construction handover to operations launch. Coordinate with departments to ensure all pre-opening tasks are completed. Track deliverables such as uniforms, training materials, POS setup, onboarding plans, and menu rollouts. Track and report all expenses and financial reports related to the opening phase. Maintain effective communication with franchise partners and ensure smooth collaboration. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bilingual:
Mandarin required Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office - to include excel and power point Experience with problem solving - moderately complex situations Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks. Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or project coordination is a plus
