Job Description

Project Developer/Coordinator | $70k-$80k | Long Island Gpac is working with a growing national food manufacturer that is seeking a Project Developer/Coordinator on Long Island. This role reports directly to the Director of Innovation & Commercialization and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of cross-functional projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordinating project activities and timelines.
  • Maintain project schedules and track key milestones.
  • Monitor project tasks and follow up with team members regarding deadlines.
  • Support project managers with day-to-day project administration.
  • Assist in identifying and communicating project issues or delays.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Document meeting notes and track action items.
  • Communicate project updates to team members
  • Coordinate activities between departments, vendors, suppliers and external partners.
  • Maintain project files, reports, and related documentation.
  • Prepare status reports and project updates.
  • Track project expenses and assist with budget reporting.
  • Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
  • Support contract and document management activities.
  • Perform other project-related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination, administrative, operations, manufacturing, or related experience. Food experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on-site in Long Island, NY, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5pm What's in it for
