We offer a complete suite of solutions, from the design, engineering, installation, and servicing of state-of-the-art fire and life safety systems to training, consulting, crisis management and business continuity services. Altus Fire & Life Safety, d/b/a Croker Fire Drill Corporation located in Hauppauge, NY, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate documents and data entry. We value our well-being just as much as our hard work. Salary Range:
$42,000 - 45,000 Responsibilities Request and collect necessary documentation and information from clients and floor plan vendors Review, annotate, and track progress on assigned floor plan and riser diagram projects Maintain and organize floor plan files in both physical and digital formats Prepare building footprints based on received floor plans Update and maintain building folders and project status in the corporate database Draft and produce professional business correspondence as needed Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines Answer office phones professionally and respond promptly to inquiries and requests for assistance Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience with administrative, project coordinator, or equivalent experience. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Solid written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High level of accuracy in all tasks and recordkeeping.
