PPD&G is a branding company specializing in high-quality visual merchandising products. We offer comprehensive services, collaborating with clients to design and manufacture custom Printing, Packaging, Displays, and Gifts. From concept to production, including private labeling and fulfillment, we handle it all in-house. Our dynamic team encourages every member to express themselves fully and contribute to exciting projects.Who We're Looking For:
The Project Manager will support daily office operations, working closely with the sales, leadership, and production teams. Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, project monitoring, and administrative tasks. They will liaise with management and warehouse teams to ensure accurate records and smooth order processing. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and highly motivated.Job Responsibilities:
Support daily office operations in collaboration with cross functional teams Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion within budget Communicate project goals, progress, and objectives to stakeholders Maintain accurate records and facilitate order processing Schedule and assist with meetings, including project kickoffs, updates, and post-project reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success Handle calls, screen when necessary, and manage email correspondence promptly Prepare estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and labels accurately Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Continuously improve project management processes Organize daily activities and related reports for leadership Prepares and maintains accurate and complete records including files, spreadsheets, and correspondence Perform other duties and projects as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
