Pool & Renovation Sales Manager Position Overview Aquacade Pools is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Pool & Renovation Sales Manager to lead clients through the entire pool construction and renovation process
- from initial consultation and design through project completion.
This position combines sales leadership with hands-on project management and requires exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and serves as the key connection between clients, office staff, construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and delivers an outstanding customer experience while ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with company standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Relations Meet with homeowners to discuss new pool construction and renovation opportunities Develop and present customized proposals, estimates, and project plans Guide clients through design selections, project scope, timelines, and budgeting Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales and construction process Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline Project Management Oversee projects from signed contract through final completion Coordinate scheduling, permitting, inspections, materials, and subcontractors Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or issues Manage change orders and ensure all project details are documented accurately Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, progress, and customer satisfaction Internal Communication & Coordination Act as the primary liaison between clients, office staff, field crews, and vendors Ensure all departments are aligned on project expectations, timelines, and updates Lead project handoff meetings and maintain organized project records Communicate clearly and promptly regarding scheduling changes, project milestones, and client needs Help create and maintain efficient systems and workflows Administrative & Organizational Duties Maintain accurate CRM and project management records Track budgets, selections, contracts, permits, and project documentation Prioritize and manage multiple active projects simultaneously Assist ownership with operational improvements and process organization Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction sales, pool construction, renovations, or project management Strong understanding of residential construction processes preferred Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Experience with CRM systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Traits Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong leadership and accountability Professional and confident communicator Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Calm under pressure and solution-focused Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission and/or performance bonuses Growth opportunities within a growing company Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Additional benefits based on experience and position structure Why Join Aquacade Pools At Aquacade Pools, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences.
