Restoration Project Manager w/ Xactimate Confidential Holbrook, NY From $85,000 a year - Full-time From $85,000 a year - Full-time We're an established Restoration Company looking for a skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team! Successful candidates must be independent and detail oriented with the ability to assess and inspect water, mold and fire losses, perform sketch and scope of work activities, generate Xactimate estimates and serve as point of contact with the Insurance carriers. This position requires in-depth knowledge of restoration, strong computer skills, ability to estimate emergency and subsequent repair expenses, and the ability to manage multiple projects and field personnel. Industry certifications a plus. Must be a local resident, in-office hours and local site visits required. This position is not remote. Job Requirements 3 to 5 years Xactimate experience preferred Ability to develop new relationships in the Insurance industry Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competent computer skills a must Knowledge of restoration and construction Solid experience and knowledge of estimating losses with Xactimate software Confident when coordinating with adjuster and/or agents on all estimates Support Upper management and Project Managers on all jobs Work closely with Coordinators, Technicians and Sub-contractors to obtain required paperwork needed to submit completed jobs for payment Travel to job locations to collect detailed information, when needed Available for after-hours and weekend on call rotation Knowledge of DASH a plus Qualifications Highly motivated, high energy, independent and detail-oriented
