Job Description

Why Join Our Team? We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Project Coordinator who is ready to grow within the fast-paced broadband and telecommunications construction industry. In this role, you will work directly alongside other Project Managers, field teams, engineers, and contractors to help deliver critical infrastructure projects that connect communities and support expanding network operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating, solving problems, and being involved in project management. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in overseeing broadband deployment, construction coordination, compliance tracking, and operational support while contributing to projects that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of broadband infrastructure projects across multiple regions and deployment types.
Duties may include:
Supporting Project Managers with scheduling, tracking milestones, and ensuring projects remain on timeline and budget Using Google Workspace to coordinate contractors, vendors, field crews, and material deliveries to maintain efficient workflow Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and progress updates Assisting with permit tracking, compliance requirements, and operational documentation Collaborating with engineering, dispatch, field operations, and network teams to support activations and service readiness from office Monitoring project progress and helping resolve scheduling or operational issues as they arise Utilizing communication transfers by handling phone calls and emails about project status Qualifications & Experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction support, telecommunications, broadband, or related industries preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, platforms project tracking tools, and general office software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and eager to learn. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
