About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to support and oversee foundation and geotechnical construction projects throughout the NYC metro area. This role involves coordinating field operations, subcontractors, schedules, engineering reviews, and client communication from project start through completion. The position is suited for someone with construction experience who understands both field operations and project management responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage active construction projects from award through closeout Coordinate foundation and drilling operations including: Micropiles Soldier piles & lagging Tiebacks
CFA / FDP
piles Grouting operations Review drawings, geotechnical reports, and project specifications Prepare and manage: RFIs Submittals Change orders Daily reports Schedules Material and equipment coordination Coordinate with: Owners General contractors Engineers Inspectors NYC agencies when required Assist with resolving field issues and maintaining project schedules Track project progress, production, and costs Support estimating and value engineering efforts when needed Maintain project safety and quality standards Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in foundation, geotechnical, heavy civil, or related construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Familiarity with foundation systems and drilling operations Experience with submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working between office and field environments Able to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively with project teams Interested in growing within the foundation and geotechnical construction industry Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunity Opportunity for long-term growth
