Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Own and deliver end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue/RAID management, change control, and benefits realization. Drive project execution by establishing governance, RACI structures, delivery cadence, stakeholder alignment, and maintaining clear, executive-ready reporting as a single source of truth. Manage cross-functional and external delivery teams, including vendors and stakeholders, while controlling financials, dependencies, recovery plans, and ensuring successful outcomes. Experience 15+ years of IT project management experience, ideally within commodity trading or financial services environments, with strong understanding of trade lifecycle and middle/back-office functions. Proven experience leading complex, global, multi-stakeholder programs, including vendor management, Agile delivery, and recovery of distressed or challenged projects. Strong technical and delivery awareness across trading IT systems, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira and familiarity with enterprise project environments.
