Description :
Role Summary The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee critical IT infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects related to healthcare and campus infrastructure upgrades. Collaborate with REDF to mark equipment placement on blueprints, including medical devices, monitors, and televisions. Coordinate network setup activities such as internet drops, outlets, and Wi-Fi placement. Manage the move and setup of computers and IT equipment across the campus. Supervise subcontractors for cabling, equipment installation, and infrastructure setup, ensuring work aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Develop and manage Scope of Work (SOW), budgets, and schedules for structured cabling and ICT infrastructure projects. Oversee both union and non-union vendors and subcontractors, maintaining strong vendor relations. Supervise AV installations and large-scale IT equipment relocations. Serve as a client-facing project manager, delivering exceptional customer service and professional communication. Work accordance with project schedules, with potential overtime and on-call responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing IT components within construction or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of structured cabling, AV systems, and network infrastructure. Experience in project scoping, budgeting, and timeline management. Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, including union and non-union teams. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships professionally. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with healthcare or hospital facility projects. Cisco or related IT certifications. Extensive experience with large-scale equipment moves and infrastructure upgrades.
