Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects across various departments. Your organizational skills, combined with excellent communication and office management abilities, will help drive project success and foster seamless collaboration. Responsibilities Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to facilitate effective communication among team members Support the management of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and correspondence Manage office-related tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized project files Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email using professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Track project progress using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to ensure deadlines are met Provide administrative support including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofreading of documents Qualifications Prior office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy with the ability to handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading accurately Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams and clients Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Assistant Project Manager where your enthusiasm for organization and support will help propel our projects forward!
