Job Description:
seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager/Project engineer to support our team in managing commercial/healthcare projects/etc. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Project manager/Project engineer Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date. Monitor project budgets and schedules, and assist in mitigating potential issues. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders. Support senior project managers with administrative and technical tasks. Assist in vendor and subcontractor management. Qualifications of assistant project manager/project engineer Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field. 2-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial and/or healthcare construction Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
