This position is available immediately and provides growth opportunity for the right candidate. This is a full-time position and the candidate will be reporting directly to Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager for the group. The project Management team is the agent between the customer, sales, engineering and manufacturing teams. The successful candidate will manage various electrical distribution projects and ensure that the project deliverables are presented on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Individuals will plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the designated project to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Job Functions
  • Reviewing outgoing engineering submittal drawings for technical and contractual accuracy
  • Reviewing returned drawings submittals of same and analyzing and processing markup/comments communicating changes to the relevant departments.
  • Review contract documents and interpret technical specifications to ensure product compliance and prepare change order pricing and quotations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the completion of Short Circuit and Coordination studies (studies performed by outside professional Engineers)
  • Releasing equipment for production and delivery to an in house shop
  • Coordinating deliveries with customers
  • Enter orders into the company software
  • Perform field visits on as needed basis
  • Provide post-sales support for equipment (technical support, warranty claims, O & M Manuals, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering and manufacturing teams to solve technical challenges and determine optimal solutions.
  • Establish and maintain superior customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Confirm jobs are billed accurately and completely
  • Address customer complaints and or inquiries promptly to assure equitable resolution and to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Project positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors and suppliers Basic Qualifications and Skills required
