The company focuses on managing and developing properties in urban areas, ensuring sustainable and efficient project outcomes. Job Description Manage tenant-in-place renovation projects from initial planning to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Maintain clear and consistent communication with tenants to address concerns and minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property development and management. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on project progress and performance. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Tenant In Place Development Project Manager should have: A strong background in property development and tenant-in-place management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines and budgets. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to New York. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and stakeholder engagement. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution.
