The team is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution Comprehensive understanding of Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration and communication with cross functional teams Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation Support to help with any other general ad-hoc duties Data Analysis & Insights Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision-making. Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and optimization.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Currently Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related discipline. Data driven; an analytical thinker and experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation Experience in process optimization and scaling of efficiency initiatives Experience managing or working within cross-functional teams Expert in Microsoft Office products:
Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project Preferred Qualifications:
