Job Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management. Support subcontractor and vendor management, including scheduling and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address project needs. Contribute to problem-solving and provide recommendations for improvements. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have: A background in construction management or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.
