Summary:
•As the Sr. Manager, AI Transformation for North America, Marketing you are the primary engine of AI planning and execution for the division. Your goal is to lead the next phase of expansion, empowering the workforce through Advanced AI tools embedded in the daily workflow. You will lead horizontal democratization to raise the baseline for all marketers while also executing a few high-impact technical projects. •Responsibilities:
•+ Horizontal Democratization (Raising the Baseline): 50% + Scale the SuperYou series and Chat platforms to ensure 100% weekly advanced AI utilization across NA Marketing. + Address capability gaps by leading (along with the AI champions) "hands-on" workshops that move beyond theory into daily practice. + Build or help Ambassadors network build "sticky" use-cases that integrate AI directly into existing daily tasks. + Vertical Transformation (Raising the Ceiling): 30% + Agentification:
Lead value-stream mapping to identify and deploy autonomous AI Agents to replace manual operational planning. (Exact project TBC) + Technical Build:
Use AppScript and low-code tools to automate content creation at scale and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDP). (Exact project TBC) + Strategic Projects:
Own 1-3 high-value NA projects, such as implementing Agentic Discovery processes and omni-experience orchestration. + Governance & Leadership:
20% + Risk Gatekeeper:
Serve as the primary safeguard for AI risk (own the NA AI registry), ensuring all NA initiatives meet global and regional compliance standards. + Orchestrate Ambassadors:
Energize the regional network of AI Ambassadors, ensuring consistent momentum across all NA hubs. + Global integration: Bring Global best practices to NA and vice versa + Value Capture:
Track and report tangible financial gains and growth opportunities generated by AI initiatives to leadership. •Required Qualifications:
•+ Bachelor's Degree + Experience:
10+ years in a comparable FMCG/CPG
environment with deep knowledge of North American Marketing operations. + The "Practitioner" Edge:
Demonstrated ability to build with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, AppScript, Agent frameworks). You must be able to "do" the work, not just manage it. •Preferred Qualifications:

Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States_ •Compensation and Benefits•Salary Range $139,000.00 - $195,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits:
