Full-Time We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Project Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of dynamic events from concept through final execution readiness. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at balancing logistics, timelines, vendor management, and client expectations while keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish. The Event Project Manager will play a central role in pre-production, ensuring every event is thoughtfully planned, clearly documented, and fully prepared for onsite success. What You'll Do Lead event planning and pre-production efforts from kickoff through execution handoff Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to define goals, scope, and event requirements Create and manage detailed project timelines, production schedules, and planning documents Coordinate with venues, vendors, caterers, and service providers to align logistics and deliverables Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to support efficient project execution Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions to maintain project momentum Ensure all permits, contracts, approvals, and compliance requirements are handled appropriately Partner with onsite teams to support a seamless transition from planning to live event execution Facilitate post-event evaluations and recommend process improvements for future programs Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal collaborators What You Bring Experience in event management, project management, production coordination, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Confidence making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing priorities Professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive or high-profile information Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, site visits, and event support Preferred Qualifications Experience with event planning systems, project management tools, or production software Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and event-related financial tracking Familiarity with current event industry practices, trends, and operational standards Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline What Sets You Apart You stay composed under pressure and keep projects organized through every phase You anticipate needs before they become problems and respond with practical solutions You balance creativity and logistics with equal confidence You build trust quickly with clients, vendors, and team members You are committed to delivering polished, high-quality experiences
