Job Description

About the role As an Infrastructure Senior Project Manager, you will lead various infrastructure projects or a larger program consisting of individual, multi-disciplined commercial real estate project solutions for our Financial Services Sector clients, with direct accountability for infrastructure project delivery. This is not a remote role and does require availability to work on site in New York from the client offices a minimum of three days per week which may also include flexibility to work 30-hour shutdowns / system start-ups that can occur after hours or during the weekend hours. What you'll do Manage all facets of infrastructure project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to sophisticated request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients. Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are advised in real time. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Facilitates project meetings. Supervise progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Other duties as assigned.
