Program/Project Manager - Leadership/Governance

Job Summary The Program/Project Manager - Leadership/Governance will provide end-to-end leadership for AI DX Accelerator initiatives, overseeing coordinated delivery across multiple AI workstreams including GenAI platforms, agentic solutions, and enterprise AI enablement. This role focuses on governance, execution rigor, stakeholder alignment, and value realization within a regulated financial services environment. It requires experience managing AI programs that span data, platforms, risk, compliance, and business adoption—not traditional IT project management. The position ensures that delivery aligns with organizational standards, strategic objectives, and the overall AI roadmap. Key Responsibilities Lead program-level planning and execution across multiple AI initiatives, including platform builds, use case delivery, and transitions from pilot to production. Establish and manage AI program governance, including cadence, reporting, escalation processes, and decision-making forums. Manage budgets, capacity planning, vendor engagement, and delivery dependencies across AI workstreams. Partner with AI Architects, Technical PMs, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business outcomes. Track AI value realization metrics such as efficiency gains, adoption, and risk reduction. Prepare and deliver executive communications, including steering committee updates and regulatory-aligned reporting. Ensure all AI program activities conform to organizational risk, security, compliance, and model governance requirements. Support onboarding and ramp-up of team members involved in AI DX initiatives. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology programs with multi-team coordination. Proven experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics programs. Strong understanding of AI delivery lifecycles, from experimentation through production deployment. Experience operating in regulated industries such as financial services. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models (SAFe preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience launching or scaling an AI Center of Excellence. Prior ownership of GenAI or agentic AI initiative delivery.
