Project Manager Fifth Element - 3.7 New York, NY Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $95,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Marketing project management Project management in healthcare Managing projects Cross-functional communication Full Job Description We are seeking a proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of integrated pharmaceutical marketing initiatives across multiple brands and workstreams. This role partners closely with Account, Creative, Medical, Strategy, Production, and Editorial teams to drive timelines, coordinate deliverables, manage approvals, and ensure projects move efficiently from kickoff through final delivery. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and operational accuracy. Responsibilities Independently manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously across brands and departments Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, meeting recaps, and status documentation Ensure projects remain on track against established timelines, milestones, and client expectations Coordinate day-to-day project execution across internal teams and external partners Drive accountability for project next steps, deliverables, and approvals Maintain operational accuracy across routing, file management, approvals, and documentation Support projects through MLR/legal/regulatory review processes with attention to detail and accuracy Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings with clear communication and follow-up Requirements 3-5+ years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or agency environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
Pay Range:
$85,000 - $95,000
