The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural and construction projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, preparation and review of design plans, managing budgets and timelines, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Qualifications Experience in Architecture or Permit Expediting Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating project timelines Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required Responsibilities Preparation, coordination, and completion of NYC DOB Now filings.
