Contract Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple healthcare initiatives under NYC Health + Hospitals. The role involves managing project workstreams, coordinating with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of program goals. Key Responsibilities Support full project lifecycle: planning, scope, design, execution, and delivery Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and reporting systems Monitor project progress, deliverables, risks, and escalate issues as needed Act as liaison between hospital departments, city agencies, and vendors Assist in training development and implementation support Provide operational and policy guidance to improve service delivery Support invoice review and budget planning recommendations Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders Assist in administrative and technical project tasks as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (health-related or engineering field preferred) 3+ years of program or project management experience Experience managing multiple external vendors/contractors strongly preferred Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments High attention to detail, accountability, and accuracy Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams NYC area residency preferred For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com
