This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to gain deep technical and operational experience while managing multiple projects from award to completion. Responsibilities Project Coordination & Oversight Manage all contract activities from project approval through final completion. Review project progress to ensure work aligns with contract documents and scope. Collaborate with contractors, owners, architects, and designers on project design, planning, and scheduling. Work closely with sales, supervisors, and field coordinator to meet project efficiency and profitability goals. Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and address issues. Operational Management Set performance and delivery criteria for each project. Ensure all materials and equipment are prepared prior to project start. Prepare and place orders for project materials and coordinate purchasing with vendors. Enforce deadlines, manage change order opportunities, and monitor project cash flow. Coordinate customer approval of shop drawings and ensure all permits and documentation are completed. Scheduling & Logistics Plan, organize, and dispatch maintenance, modernization, repair, and new installation work. Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout each project. Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and processing of parts orders for maintenance and repair teams. Digitize and upload electrical wiring diagrams. Ensure company vehicles are clean, maintained, inspected, and properly registered. Financial & Administrative Support Assist in managing departmental expenses within budget. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills and a professional, responsible attitude. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. Willingness to travel throughout the 5 boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Availability to work outside normal business hours as needed.
