Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Facilities Management team, where you will oversee construction management, architectural design, and code compliance for a variety of impactful projects. From building renovations to capital infrastructure improvements, you'll manage all phases of project execution while driving process efficiencies and cost improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of project management, including evaluation, estimating, scheduling, budget management, design oversight, construction management, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate contractor work and interface with customers to meet program requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying sizes, serving as the lead or supporting team member as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, and local building codes.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize business operating systems to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Support the development of capital and expense budgets for the corporation.
  • Travel up to 30% as needed to support project requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in the design and execution of architectural, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimating software.
  • Knowledge of engineering blueprints, process specifications, and building layouts.
  • Familiarity with both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project methodologies.
  • Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
