This includes, but is not limited to; supervision of Laborer/Salvagers, working alongside Laborer/Salvagers, acting as the point of contact for all divisions of RG&E, setting up jobs and completing all necessary paperwork, and any other tasks associated with the Laborer/Salvager position as requested by

RG&E. 20

hours per week you will work directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as an Employment Specialist to provide person-centered support; promoting confidentiality, privacy, human dignity, uniqueness, and physical and emotional well-being while supporting the individual to lead a self-directed life. You will support people to develop employment skills, build relationships, and become an integrated part of the Rochester community. Minimum Education & Experience Bachelors preferred; or Associates with IDD experience; or equivalent education and experience Licensure/Certification Valid NYS Driver's License. Daily access to insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or people supported as necessary. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
