Steady work comes in from the #1 brand in restoration and our local relationships. The brand brings consistent lead flow and our home office handles estimating, billing, and coordination so your time goes to the work, not the paperwork. Water, fire, and mold losses with both residential volume and large commercial work. On a busy week you have a dozen or more active jobs on your board and you own every one from first call to final walkthrough. Your job is to produce it to the highest standard and communicate better than anyone in the business. You run your own jobs, supported by one of the largest Servpro organizations in the Northeast with locations in six markets across New York, Connecticut, and Maryland. The standard here is quality production and the best communication in the market. Every customer and adjuster you work with should want to call us again. What you will earn A competitive base in the range above, plus a quarterly bonus tied to production and quality. You are rewarded on what you and your crews put up, so the more you produce and the better you run it, the more you make. What we are looking for You do not need a restoration background to be considered. If you have led teams, run projects, and taken care of customers under pressure in a demanding field, we will train you on the restoration side and pay for your certifications. Restoration and large-loss experience is a strong plus. Required:
3 or more years leading teams and managing projects or operations in a demanding, field-driven environment (restoration, construction, the trades, property insurance, logistics, hospitality, the military, or similar) Proven ability to run crews and keep multiple things moving at once without dropping quality Strong communication with customers, and ideally with insurance professionals The drive to get out and bring in business when the board slows down Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to carry an on-call rotation, which is the nature of emergency restoration and is reflected in the pay Highly valued: Mitigation experience across water, fire, mold, and storm, including both residential volume and commercial or large-loss work Property insurance adjusting or claims experience IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) Strong command of drying science, scoping, and documentation Proficiency with Xactimate and restoration platforms (we run DASH) Why this seat is different Steady lead flow from the #1 brand and our local relationships means most of your time goes to producing, not prospecting. But this is not an order-taker seat. When things slow down, we expect everyone to get out and bring in work. We run estimating, billing, and coordination from our home office, so you are not buried in paperwork. What we need from you is the drive to produce, the standard to do it right, and the communication that makes customers and adjusters want to work with us again. This is not a desk job, and it is not a wait-for-the-phone job. It is for someone who gets after it, on a proven playbook, with the volume and support to be successful. Compensation and benefits Base salary $90,000 to $115,000, based on experience [confirm] Quarterly performance bonus tied to production and quality On-call pay and overtime Company vehicle 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, holidays, and sick time Paid IICRC certification courses Employee referral bonuses Real growth opportunity within a multi-market organization Apply now This is an immediate opening.
