Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate Pharmaceutical Material Handling, Lifting and Blending equipment projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in project management software such as MS Teams, project scheduling, and mechanical engineering will drive seamless communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on complex construction initiatives. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as MS365 and Excel. Coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schematics, shop prints, contracts, and documentation. Oversee project scheduling and progress tracking Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution across the construction site. Monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and resolve any issues promptly. Review and interpret drawings and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, contracts, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale projects. Proficiency in construction estimating tools a plus Extensive knowledge of project scheduling software including Primavera P6 or equivalent. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding of mechanical engineering drawings like Inventor. Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety standards and site logistics. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders. $74,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
