Salesforce Project Manager (Hands-On Builder | 35 Years Experience)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Project Manager who is a hands-on builder with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in managing and executing complex Salesforce implementations. Duties Build in Salesforce Daily Create and refine dashboards, reports, and workflows Configure objects, fields, and automations (Flows) Turn rough ideas into working solutions quickly Translate Business Needs into Systems Work directly with leadership to shape and define: Dealer reporting Agent performance tracking Customer service reporting Billing, commissions, and reserves visibility Territory tracking Ask the right questions and fill in gaps when requirements aren't fully defined Iterate Fast Prototype → test → adjust → improve Ship usable solutions quickly, then refine based on feedback Own Your Work Manage your own priorities and keep momentum without heavy structure Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to do things Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin or similar) Strong skills in: Reports & dashboards, Flow / automation, Data structure (objects, relationships) Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements A builder mindset — you like creating, not just coordinating Strong communication — can sit with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs Self-starter who doesn't wait for perfect direction

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
