Job Description

Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Project Coordinator in Schenectady, NY. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. $ 56.76/hr +
Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday (7:00am -4:00pm) + Weekly Paycheck Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • :•+ Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
+ Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use. + Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities. + Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking. + Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors. + Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: + Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent field experience + Experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations + Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation + Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools + Experience with ERP or project management systems preferred

  • $56.
