Pay:
$56.76/HR
Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday (7:00am -4:00pm) Weekly Paycheck Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues. Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use. Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities. Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking. Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors. Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent field experience Experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation Stronganizational,munication, and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Experience with ERP or project management systems preferred
