CLIENT HIGHLIGHT

LOCATION
Schenectady, NY 12345 COMPENSATION $48-$55 per hour. Full benefits can be offered!
SCHEDULE
Monday- Friday. Onsite 8am-4pm est
CONTRACT TERM 1
year with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employee.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Project Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues. Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use. Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices. Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities. Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking. Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors. Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred
PREFERRED
Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Wind industry Experience with Smartsheet
