Job Description

Our client, a leader in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to join their team. As a Project Coordinator IV, you will be part of the project management support team, contributing to successful project execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues. Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use. Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices. Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities. Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking. What's Needed? Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred What's in it for me?
