Job Description

Project Coordinator responsible for project updates, dashboards, invoicing support, cost tracking, schedule updates, and coordination across field, engineering, logistics, and subcontractor teams. Job Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field High school diploma or GED with equivalent field experience accepted 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction, or field operations Experience collecting, validating, and distributing project updates Experience supporting cost tracking, invoice reconciliation, budgeting, or forecasting activities Microsoft Excel experience Experience using reporting tools Ability to coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors Preferred Skills Wind industry project coordination experience Smartsheet experience ERP system experience Project management system experience Experience maintaining project dashboards, trackers, and status reports Experience preparing customer invoices Experience supporting project schedule updates Experience preparing for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout activities Job Responsibilities Collect daily project updates from field leadership Validate project updates related to safety, progress, staffing, and issues Distribute daily project updates for internal and customer use Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports Assist with customer invoice preparation and submission Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking Coordinate project information with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors Prepare materials for kickoff meetings Support execution reviews Support project closeout activities
