Full-Time About Precision Trenchless, LLC Precision Trenchless LLC. is a growing trenchless construction company specializing in innovative underground infrastructure solutions. We take pride in delivering the highest quality work, while having a strong company focus on safety, team building, and development. Our work is mainly focused around municipal construction contracts throughout New England. Position Summary Precision Trenchless LLC. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support its Polyurea coatings division. This position directs and oversees all aspects of construction projects within the specified project division, including team planning, coordination, and execution of trenchless construction projects. This role works closely with management team, field supervisors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Planning and managing trenchless construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Pre-construction and progress meetings Submittals and scheduling Material orders and inventories. Cost tracking and all project financials. Coordination with management team, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and inspectors Prepare project documentation, reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billings Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues that would affect budget or project delivery timeline Reading and understanding contracts, plans, and technical specifications. Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Deliver successful projects to owners. On time, on budget with the highest level of quality and customer service. Final deliverables and project closeouts. Maintain organized project files and records Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred Exposure to trenchless construction methods (HDD, pipe bursting, CIPP, micro tunneling) is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work on a team Ability to work in both office and field environments Valid driver's license Some travel required to work sites when necessary What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Hands-on experience in a specialized and expanding construction sector Supportive team environment focused on safety and professional development Comprehensive benefit packages - Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Generous PTO 8 Paid Holidays 401k with up to a 6% company match
