Your responsibilities:
Provide effective and skilled project management for large and/or multiple architectural, engineering, and infrastructure projects throughout the entire project life cycle, to deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications. Assess project requirements and establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria, while developing and recommending a sound approach or application to meet the needs of the project and client. Lead the team in the project execution to accomplish project commitments and timing. Implement change management processes. Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with internal departments, serving as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and authorities to facilitate effective information exchange among stakeholders. Develop cost proposals to respond to client requests. Represent Jacobs and/or the Client in necessary negotiations and communications, report project progress to program management, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Determine, monitor, and review costs, operational budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements for project teams. Ensure that quality processes are planned and implemented as appropriate based on Program /Project / Contract requirements. Plan, organize and staff key field positions when needed. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Mentor team members and promote best practices in project management.

Full-time employment contract. The possibility to work in the office or in a hybrid model (2 days a week in the office, the rest from home). Flexible working hours (we start between 7:30-10:00). "Short Fridays" (Monday - Thursday 8.5h, Friday 6h). Here's what you'll need Professional degree such as a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline/field. Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects in the Built Environment market. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Willingness to travel. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Project. Independent and structured way of working. Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders and build strong relationships. Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop and to empower others. Ideally, you'll also have: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent. Experience leading delivery teams for both Federal and Private clients.
