Servidone Inc. is seeking a Utility Field Coordinator to support utility-related field operations on the CNY Alliance Six team delivering Phase 2, Contract 6 of the I-81 Viaduct Project in Syracuse, New York. This position is ideal for someone who understands how utility coordination impacts field productivity, sequencing, and schedule performance on active infrastructure work. The role combines field coordination, issue tracking, communication management, and operational follow-through across multiple stakeholders on a fast-moving heavy civil project. You will work directly with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and outside utility representatives to help utility-related activities stay organized, visible, and moving toward resolution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate field-related utility activities including relocations, conflicts, shutdown planning, access issues, and utility protection work Support communication between project management, field operations, subcontractors, engineers, and utility owners Track utility-related open items, risks, pending decisions, and upcoming coordination needs Maintain utility logs, meeting notes, action items, correspondence, and follow-up documentation Assist with planning and sequencing utility-related field activities to reduce disruption to construction operations Identify missing information or unresolved issues before they impact production or schedule Help maintain visibility into utility relocation status and ongoing coordination efforts Participate in coordination meetings and support field issue resolution efforts What Success Looks Like Within the first year, successful performance in this role will include: Creating reliable utility tracking and follow-up processes Improving visibility into utility conflicts and relocation progress Helping reduce avoidable schedule impacts tied to utility coordination Becoming a dependable field resource for utility communication and documentation Supporting smoother execution across active construction operations Qualifications Qualified candidates will typically have experience in one or more of the following areas: Utility coordination Construction field coordination Project engineering Heavy civil operations Infrastructure project support Additional qualifications include: Understanding of utility relocations, field conflicts, shutdown coordination, and stakeholder communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment Strong organizational and documentation skills Effective communication skills across field and office teams Practical problem-solving ability and proactive follow-through Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred Experience Heavy civil, highway, bridge, transportation, or infrastructure construction Utility relocation support on active construction projects Coordination logs, field reporting, or construction tracking systems Utility conflict resolution and stakeholder coordination Compensation & Benefits $95,000 - $125,000 annual salary Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Bonus opportunity Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Work Environment This is a full-time, field-based position located on the I-81 Viaduct Project in Syracuse, New York.
