In this role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help streamline project workflows, facilitate communication among team members, and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives. We expect this individual to learn all they can about the door, frame and hardware industry. 1-2 years of experience with Division 8 materials is preferred. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your project management expertise within a collaborative environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on track and within scope Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing timely reminders and follow-up actions Support resource allocation by tracking availability and coordinating task assignments Field Measure openings at jobsites. Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management to ensure organizational efficiency Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and calendar management Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently Personal assistant or administrative support experience is highly valued for this role. Scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, communicating with manufacturers and other vendors.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
