Project Manager - Small On-Site Linde - 3.6 Tonawanda, NY Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $125,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Safety regulations Full Job Description Linde Engineering North America LLC Project Manager - Small On-Site Tonawanda, NY, United States | req28766 What you will enjoy doing• You will independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously Supports new plant proposals as required Additionally you will recognizes problems or situation that are new or without clear precedent Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance Knows how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals Also you will proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations Coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget Organizes, plans and prioritizes work of project team and self You will performs project engineering work as needed Interact with contractors during field installation Interfaces with key stakeholders including business, operations and customers Responsible for managing safety and quality programs related to projects Prepares detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan Lastly you will influences team members and promotes ideas to improve design practices What makes you great You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline 5 or more years of experience in engineering or project management Ability to travel up to 25% of the time You will have experience in Field Construction Management a plus Understanding of construction contracting and contracts management Understanding of construction and commissioning safety Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus PMP certification is a plus Why you will love working with us Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
