Position Overview The Director Planning, Strategic Alliance and Fleet Management leads major business projects impacting Americas subsidiaries as well as Tokyo Headquarters. This position plays a pivotal role in
FUJIFILM
Holdings merger and acquisition activities impacting the Americas region including due diligence work as well as post-merger integration. Additionally, this position provides support for any large project impacting multiple departments or subsidiaries such as company reorganizations, business segment movement amongst subsidiaries or other cross-company projects. https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers Job Description Responsibilities Planning, Strategic Alliance Subject matter expert on project management and project team creation to insure that large complex projects are successfully managed. Managing a Staff of 1, and working with business as well as regional headquarter leadership, successfully develop an action plan to achieve project objectives. Manage, support, and coordinate all project teams to insure that project objectives are being achieved. Manage the work of outside project consultants. Insure that all project timelines are being adhered to. Lead regular project meetings to insure that project goals are being achieved including regular project sponsor and Tokyo update meetings as well as creating and attending the various project team meetings. Insure full knowledge of all aspects of each project as well as communicating these to Senior Management. Additionally, responsible for managing the development of necessary solutions. Written communication to all interested parties including Tokyo on a monthly or weekly basis explaining project successes, issues, concerns and solutions. Manage resources, including human capital, technology, and infrastructure, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization. Working with project Teams and Senior management, develop overall project budget. Also responsible for tracking project actual costs compared to Budget and reporting results to project senior management. Fleet Management Support the North America leased vehicle fleet program which involves managing Fujifilm's outside fleet management company as they support daily fleet operations for our employees including accidents, vehicle repairs and maintenance as well as the car acquisition and replacement process. This position will determine what vehicles should be offered to employees considering the requirements of their job function and the cost of the vehicle. Insure the right vehicles are being offered to get the job done at the best price. Work directly with car manufacturers to order the necessary vehicles each year. Work with Subsidiary Management advising what vehicles should be replaced with new vehicles to eliminate excess costs when used vehicles are ultimately sold. Required Skills/Education Bachelor's degree in finance; MBA/in progress desired 15+ years of continued expanding experience in an accounting or finance role with key experience managing multi-member, complex projects. Preferably experience in a shared services environment in the manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or technology sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders including executive leadership. Excellent business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to both execute and influence. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and project management software skills. Detail-oriented and dedicated to pushing projects to completion and finding win-win solutions for all parties involved. Desired Skills Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment. Skills necessary to be able to manage and run large Company-wide projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
