The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle phases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to facilitate project success and organizational growth. Responsibilities Set and oversee project timelines Track ongoing project schedules and keep the team aware of all approaching deadlines Keep an up-to-date record of all appropriate points of contact information relating to each project Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach, lead, and support project team members Set up and run project status calls with clients and provide accurate status updates Fully manage the project's permitting process Schedule and coordination of surveys, inspections, audits, witness tests, utility construction, testing, and commissioning Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries with the guidance of the VP of Construction Track project budgets and costs Manage closeout punch list items Be a point of contact to field workers and provide immediate responses to material and status requests Operate SiteTracker and ensure it's kept up to date at all times Report to the White Plains, NY office in person each day - Maybe have oppurtunity to be remote or hybrid. Skills Proven expertise in project management methodologies including PMI's PMBOK, Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban, Waterfall, and Lean practices. Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in managing diverse teams across multiple projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Basecamp, Confluence, Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Redmine, SharePoint, PPM tools like VersionOne or Project Server. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Advanced communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure management, ERP systems integration (SAP), content management systems (CMS), and other enterprise tools. Expertise in risk management techniques including earned value management (EVM) for tracking project performance against budgets. Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions. Ability to facilitate meetings effectively while managing scope changes through negotiation skills.
