Job Description

An IT organization is seeking a Project Manager in White Plains, NY to oversee a portfolio of technology initiatives across business and digital functions. This role will manage multiple projects, maintain detailed tracking and reporting, and bring structure, organization, and steady leadership to a collaborative team environment.  About the

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned IT projects from initiation through completion Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain oversight of scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Track action items, risks, blockers, and open issues to keep workstreams moving forward Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Prepare status updates, maintain project documentation, and support disciplined project governance and reporting
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in IT Project Management Experience managing a range of IT projects in a structured, detail-oriented environment Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project scheduling tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences Ability to commute to the White Plains office 3 days per week
Desired Skills:
PMP certification Experience with Agile and waterfall hybrid project environments Portfolio management or PMO experience
