Connecticut Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (occasional extended hours as needed)

$56,000 per year About the Role CRS of White Plains is seeking a dependable, hardworking Project Manager to oversee residential & commercial contents restoration projects and support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position that combines project coordination, customer service, warehouse organization, driving, and some physical labor. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers, and willing to roll up their sleeves to help complete projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage contents packout projects from initial pack-out to cleaning & storage at the warehouse through final delivery (packback) to the homeowner. Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and customer communication. Lead and assist crews during pack-outs, cleaning, pack-backs, and furniture moves. Load, unload, inventory, and transport household contents. Operate a 16-foot box truck safely and professionally. Maintain accurate project documentation and inventory records. Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards. Represent CRS professionally when interacting with customers, contractors, adjusters, and vendors. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely drive a 16-foot box truck ( HGV license required) Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture, boxes, and household goods on a regular basis. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments. Reliable daily transportation to our White Plains warehouse. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous moving, restoration, warehouse, logistics, construction, or project management experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 75 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the workday. Work in residential homes, commercial properties, and warehouse environments.
