We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee utility construction projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. About the Role This role requires strong leadership, financial management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations. Responsibilities Manage utility and civil construction projects from inception to completion. Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and project resources. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Coordinate activities between field operations and office personnel. Monitor project performance, costs, and productivity. Track and manage change orders, contract modifications, and project documentation. Provide regular project status updates to management and customers. Identify and mitigate project risks and potential financial impacts. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements. Support project closeout activities and customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications 3-5 years of project management experience in utility construction, civil construction, underground transmission, or related infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. Experience managing field operations and construction crews. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms preferred. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Pay range and compensation package $100,000-$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
