$108,000.00-$135,000.00 Job Summary The Senior Project Manager leads projects related to the identification, development, analysis, and optimization of new programs and opportunities for the Community Healthcare Improvement & Strategy (CHIS) group of Network Performance Group. The main portfolio of the CHIS group is in clinical growth initiatives that center around improving clinical care, closing care gaps, driving ambulatory care clinical transformation using quality improvement, clinical workflow redesign, and calculating downstream value. Working under the leadership of the Senior Director of CHIS, the project manager will manage and develop new clinical growth initiative programs and functionalities for CHIS to expand and transform high-quality ambulatory care at Montefiore Medical Center. These include, but are not limited to, breast cancer screening, colorectal cancer screening, diabetes, and weight management, among others. The Project Manager is expected to have past experience with clinical workflows and processes, and a strong command of health service redesign principles that optimize operational, quality, equity, and financial components. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field Required - Masters Preferred 5 years of experience in process improvement and health service delivery redesign required Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare performance improvement standards and benchmarking tools Required. Knowledge of PI and/or change management basics preferred IHI or lean six sigma certification preferred Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
