  • Single-Family Rentals (Akron / Summit County) WarmHaven Homes is a fast growing property management company managing single-family rental homes across Summit County.
We are part of a vertically integrated real estate platform that acquires, renovates, and manages its own homes. We are hiring a Lead Property Manager to run our Akron-area operation and lead a small team. This role owns the day-to-day, keeps the portfolio running smoothly, and makes sure everything gets handled. What you will do Run day-to-day operations across the portfolio Lead a small team Run prospect and tenant calls and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Own the daily leads tracker and follow up with prospects consistently Manage leasing, renewals, and tenant relations Oversee turnovers and coordinate with our in-house construction and maintenance teams Handle rent collection, delinquencies, and the eviction process in compliance with Ohio law Conduct and oversee move-in and move-out inspections and unit condition reporting Screen applicants against established criteria, including income, rental history, and background Manage and implement our systems and processes, and help improve them over time What you need Proven leadership or supervisory experience in property management Minimum 2 years managing residential rentals; 4 or more years strongly preferred Direct experience in the Akron / Summit County market Working knowledge of Ohio landlord-tenant law (ORC Chapter 5321) and fair housing requirements Able to implement and improve processes, not just follow them Strong organization and the ability to prioritize across many properties at once Clear, professional communication with tenants, prospects, and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
