Job Description

Project Manager We are currently hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. As a successful candidate, you must have prior experience as a project manager and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project resources effectively
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports
  • Monitor and track project expenses
  • Collaborate with clients or customers to understand their needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Our company offers competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation for non-local candidates.
