Job Summary The team is looking for two candidates: one Full-Time role at 40 hours per week and one Part-Time role at 20 hours per week (or 2 3 days per week), both onsite at either the Akron, OH or Wallingford, CT office. Key Responsibilities Support the design, configuration, and development of dashboards and reports in Power BI leveraging client system data through Power BI dataflows and other sources to deliver actionable insights for project and portfolio management. Partner with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating those needs into scalable reporting solutions that align with program objectives and enhance decision-making. Work with the team to set up quality metrics for system data, ensuring data completeness and accuracy. Assist with data extraction, transformation, and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems. Develop and maintain data models and reporting frameworks that enable efficient, repeatable, and accurate reporting across multiple projects and portfolios. Participate in and contribute to client-facing engagements, including solution demonstrations, status updates, working sessions, and feedback discussions, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and next steps. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities to drive efficiency and deliver greater value to the client. Other duties as assigned. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program required. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required. Experience working with utilities, infrastructure organizations, or large capital project environments, ideally within a regulated utility setting. Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery sessions, influence stakeholders, and manage organizational change. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Required Skills Excellent project and portfolio management system skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
