Description Create preliminary, conceptual designs including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities Research and apply zoning codes including city, county, and state requirements Prepare thorough and complete construction documentation packages Control the plan review process through the acquisition of building permits and approvals by outside funding agencies Ensure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budget through monthly on-site observation Communicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture Licensure is a plus Ability to travel to 1-3 client sites once a month; mostly same-day or overnight trips Multi-family housing experience; any experience with low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) is a plus Fluency in
