Compensation:
$200,000•240,000 base + bonus potential

Full‑time About the Opportunity Our client is a top‑tier mission‑critical delivery firm specializing in the execution of large‑scale hyperscale data center programs across the U.S. They are known for solving the industry's hardest problems-where speed‑to‑market, commissioning certainty, and financial discipline matter most. This is not an administrative role. It is an execution‑driven, senior leadership position for an operator who thrives in high‑intensity environments , takes ownership of outcomes, and leads from the front. Role Overview The Executive Project Manager serves as the senior operational authority for complex hyperscale data center programs, overseeing execution across multiple regions, campuses, and project teams . This role mirrors the operational depth of a COO‑level leader , but with a singular focus: project delivery excellence in mission‑critical infrastructure.
You will be accountable for:
Accelerated energization and commissioning Portfolio‑level schedule, risk, and financial control Program recovery when projects are under pressure Aligning field execution with executive‑level client expectations Core Responsibilities 1. National Program & Portfolio Leadership Lead multi‑site, multi‑phase hyperscale data center programs Oversee project controls, scheduling strategies, and financial performance Maintain executive‑level visibility across risk, schedule, and budget metrics Standardize delivery frameworks and execution models across regions 2. Speed‑to‑Market & Commissioning Execution Direct L3-L5 commissioning strategies and startup sequencing Drive workflow compression, multi‑shift execution, and accelerated schedules Oversee integrated systems testing and operational turnover Balance speed with uncompromising safety and quality standards 3. Financial & Contractual Authority Lead GMP buyouts , contract negotiations, and commercial strategy Maintain P&L accountability across large program portfolios Implement value engineering and cost optimization initiatives Recover delayed or distressed projects and restore performance alignment 4. Executive Client Partnership Serve as senior liaison to hyperscale and Tier‑1 data center operators Provide executive‑level reporting, forecasting, and strategic oversight Align program execution with client SLAs and long‑term infrastructure plans Support pursuit strategy and expansion of key client accounts 5. Organizational & Team Leadership Mentor and develop Area Directors and senior Project Managers Build scalable operational systems, dashboards, and controls Strengthen internal commissioning, execution, and delivery standards Drive continuous improvement across national delivery teams Required Qualifications 20+ years in mission‑critical or hyperscale data center construction Proven leadership of multi‑phase campus builds (20MW-50MW+) Deep L3-L5 commissioning and startup experience Executive‑level financial oversight of $35M•75M+ portfolios Demonstrated ability to accelerate schedules and recover at‑risk programs Strong executive presence with field credibility and board‑level communication skills Extensive experience working directly with hyperscale clients
